- Wild Alaskan Blueberry Jam - Wild Alaska blueberries, lightly sweetened with sugar and wildflower honey, are used to make a delicious jam. Organic lemon and orange complement the berries nicely. Available in 3.7 and 6.3 ounce jars
- Wild Salmonberry Jam - Salmonberries, related to raspberries, are found in coastal Alaska and the Pacific Northwest. This is a best seller as salmonberries are highly valued by Alaskans. Color varies from golden to a deep salmon red. This unique and delicious jam contains 50% berries as well as sugar, wildflower honey, lemon juice, Pomona’s low-sugar pectin, calcium, and citric acid. We filter out most of the seeds, but leave the delicious berry pulp. Our salmonberries are picked primarily in the wilds of Alaska’s Kodiak Island. Available in 3.7 and 6.3 ounce jars.
-
Mixed Berry Jam - Our mixed berry jam contains all the deep flavors and healthful properties of the three wild berries. It contains 60% berries (a mix of blueberries, lingonberries, and salmonberries), sugar, wildflower honey, lemon juice, orange peel, Pomona’s low-sugar pectin, and citric acid. A delightful blend of flavors in a 3.7 or 6.3-ounce jar.
-
Lingonberry Jam - Lingonberries, or low-bush cranberries, are tart, intensely flavorful, and nutritious. In good berry years they carpet the Alaska tundra and forest floor. They have even more antioxidants than blueberries and some reports suggest health benefits including for digestive ailments, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, infections, and even cancer. Our jam contains 60% lingonberries, sugar, Alaska wildflower honey, and a bit of orange peel. No pectin is needed. Available in 3.7 oz and 6.3 oz jars.
