Description
Add 2 tablespoons to 1 cup mayonnaise and 1/2 cup sour cream. Separate into small pieces your smoked or cooked salmon and mix all together. While mixing check for any bones and take them out. Cover and chill overnight is best, if you can't at least 4 hours.
This is absolutely fabulous with crackers, baguettes or chips as well as fresh cucumbers, carrots and zucchini.
You can use Alaskan Salmon Dip mix with any cooked fish.
