Baleen Earrings
The baleen design was inspired by the repetitive linear look of the humpback whale’s baleen. Instead of teeth, humpback whales take in big gulps of water and strain out the water through the baleen filters, catching krill.
Made of alder wood, sterling silver ear wires (hypo-allergenic), silicone nuts to prevent them from slipping off, and bagged for protection.

U-Shape Earrings
The U-shape of these earrings feature an oblong arc, a shape that's a common motif in Formline art. Laser cut and handmade in the Trickster warehouse.

Painted Raven Earrings
The Tlingit society is divided into two moieties (halves): the eagles and the ravens. Balance is always maintained between the two. Together, they are called the lovebirds.
These earrings are inspired by the Raven's beak. Raven has a nostril hole in his beak.
Includes silicone nuts or back stops so to prevent them from slipping off.

Berry Guardian Earrings
Summer berry gathering is an important subsistence activity for many Indigenous people for nutrition, health, and wellness. While berry picking, it is common to run into these tiny little worms – berry guardians - that curl up and hang off branches. These earrings reflect the shape of these little beings that hang out in the blueberry bushes.
These earrings represent some of the basic elements of Northwest Coast Formline design. Made of alder wood with vinyl surface for color, sterling silver ear wires (hypo-allergenic), silicone nuts to prevent them from slipping off, and bagged for protection.
